. There
are many non-medicinal ways to helping a chemical imbalance some of these include excersise, therapy, eating right, sticking
with a consistent daily routine. Another way is watch out for too much coffee, soda, sweets and too much sugar. How much is
too much is up to you, everyone has their different tolerence levels. And living a clean, sin free life that includes obeying
laws, not lying, cheating or stealing each day. This is where I could lose some people but I think trying to live
an honest life is really important when it comes to feeling good each day. |
